Privacy policy
What we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a crane request through this site we collect the information you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, the details of the lift and the site, and any photos you attach. We do not ask for payment information anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
We use it for one thing: to understand your lift, respond to your request and, if you go ahead, plan and carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who sees it
Requests are delivered to JTM Cranes by email and are seen by the people who quote and schedule the work. Our email and website hosting providers process this information on our behalf in order to deliver it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our business and insurance records. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
