Who we are

We have been in the seat

JTM Cranes was built by operators. That is not a line on a website, it is the reason the company works the way it does. We understand what happens on the ground because we have been there: looking at a site and determining the right crane, planning the lift, setting up the equipment and safely putting the load where it needs to go.

Being a smaller family run company also lets us stay personally involved. When a customer calls JTM, they are dealing with people who understand the equipment and the work, not someone reading from a price sheet. We take the time to understand the job, look at the challenges and come up with a practical solution.

Our goal is not to be the biggest crane company. It is to be the company our customers know they can call when they need something lifted and want it handled properly. That means showing up prepared, taking care of our equipment, communicating with the people we are working with and doing everything we can to complete the job safely and efficiently.

Small company. Experienced operators. Serious about getting the job done right.

How we work

More than a crane rental company

From the first conversation to the final pick, our goal is to make the lifting process as straightforward as possible. Whether a project needs a crane and operator for one straightforward lift, or a complete solution involving planning, rigging, trucking, machinery moving and specialized equipment, our team coordinates and performs the work in house.

  • 01

    One point of contact

One company answering for the crane, the rigging, the plan and the transport, so nothing falls between two contractors.

  • 02

The right machine, not the biggest

We size the crane to the load and the radius. Selling more machine than the pick needs is not a service.

  • 03

    Planning before pricing

We would rather find the problem on a drawing than with a crane sitting in the street at 7am.

  • 04

    People who stay involved

The people who look at your job are the people who own the company and run the equipment.
