Modular work is a scheduling problem with a crane attached. The units arrive on trucks in sequence, the crane sets them in order and the whole day collapses if the reach is short or the truck cannot get close.

We check the set-up position and the truck route against the module weights before the day, so units go from trailer to foundation without a second handling.
